Thank you for choosing us to care for
your pet! There are just a few things you should know before you arrive.
**If you are bringing your pet to see one of our doctors for their first visit, please
bring any previous medical records that you may have for your pet. If you have a previous veterinarian, please ask them to
fax (413-774-6743) any medical records they may have to us prior to your visit. This makes it much easier
to provide the best of care for your pet once you have arrived.
**Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your first appointment, we will have a
registration form for you to fill out.
**Due to new government regulations to help prevent identy theft, we are now required
to verify a photo ID from all new clients. If the address on your ID is not your current address, please bring
in a copy of a current utility bill, showing the correct address.
**Please beware that we accept
cash, or credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Care Credit) from new clients. We do accept checks
from established clients only. We also require payment in full at the time of service, we
do not do any billing.
**Whether you are coming here for veterinary care, boarding, grooming, training, or to shop in our gift shop,
we look forward to meeting you and your family! If you have any questions prior to your appointment, feel free
